It grows in different vineyards in Tscherms and is hand-picked at different harvest times. The vines in the vineyards are older than 12 years. Vinification: Careful harvesting and pressing of the berries, 10-day maceration followed by refinement for 17 months in French barrique barrels, 30% of which are new oak.
