This multi-layered wine with excellent development potential and radiance is produced from the now already 10-year-old Sauvignon vines at the Kränzelhof. Vinification: Careful and staggered hand selection, fermentation at 15 degrees Celsius in steel tanks, 30% is fermented in wooden barrels.
