In our "Weinhaus", our vinotheque, you can taste all the wines in our range and we will be happy to tell you more about our wines. We are also happy to serve our wines by the glass - in our vinotheque or in the ESSBAR garden bistro.

Our 3 wine lines Classic, Brilliant & Work of Art reflect the variety of grapes that ripen in our vineyards. The harvest is one of the most important moments of the year. Careful hand-picking of the grapes by our well-trained employees gives us a colorful range of wines with different aromas and tastes.

our philosophy
character
Our way of working often results in three different grape qualities from one grape variety, which we harvest at different times. The result: three different fermentations and therefore three different wines. We prefer uniqueness and our goal is to work out the individual character.
diversity
A painter or photographer always creates new works and no two are exactly the same. Our intention is similar to that as we create our wines from the diversity of nature. It is important to recognize the excitement, the liveliness and the expression of each vintage and to enter into a creative exchange with it.
sustainability
We have been working organically and sustainably for many years, because it is a matter of course for us towards nature and towards people. We deliberately do without synthetic pesticides and strengthen the natural defense system of our vineyards with a large variety of plants and species. We continuously supply our soil with nutrients and thus maintain the ecological balance.
potential
Our love for aged wines has a huge impact on our wine style. We make all decisions with care, from the selection of the grapes in the vineyard to the choice of the appropriate container for the transformation of our wines. Time is the decisive factor here - we give that to every single vintage so that we can develop its greatest possible potential.
